INNSPA RESERVATION POLICIES Arrivals & Departures Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m., daily. Half of your room rate may be applied for use of our guestrooms after 11:30 a.m. In consideration for our arriving guests, early check-in and late check-out are both subject to approval and availability. Deposits An advance deposit, equal to the amount of the first night's stay, is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due upon departure by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For packages such as The Girlfriends Getaway, Romance, Weekend Getaway and others, a deposit is required for the amount of the package. For groups or companies renting the entire property, a full pre-payment of the projected rental for the entire length of stay is required. Cancellations Because of our limited number of InnSpa rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation allows us no opportunity to re-sell the guestrooms. For single room reservations, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least fourteen days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible regardless of the reason. You may rebook your stay within a six month period from the date of your original reservation in order to not forfeit your deposit. A $40 administration fee will be charged at the time of your cancellation. Children Children over 10 year of age are always welcome at Poplar Springs InnSpa.Our guests come to relax in the peace and serenity that are provided at the InnSpa. Exceptions may be made when the entire property is reserved. |
